Samrat

Dharavi, a highly sensitive city. When the name Dharavi comes, thoughts like compassion, poverty, uncleanliness come to mind.

Shimu was one of them. His name was Samrat so according to the name it was not suitable among the poor, so everyone called him Shimu. Shimu and his younger brother Suhas lived in Dharavi with his working parents. Parents work to separate plastic from garbage. Sometimes new bottles or nice bins are found and they become the decoration of the house. Shimu also received toys several times. One day an imported car became the center of attraction among his friends. A toy car was given to Shimu by a boy. The boy came with his dad to donate something in Dharavi. Rich men are more interested in taking photos and comments than donating. There was something like that here. Those people came there often. Often they even offered meals. Shimu's family had a lot of gifts from them.

Shimu's parents go to work from morning to evening so he had to take care of his brother and home. When there is no food for stomach, it is impossible to pay fees for school. But Shimu wants to study a lot, but no one is stronger than compulsion. If we give enough donations to teach our children there, if such children like Shimu get it as a gift, a chapter of their life will improve. We don't have to change anything.

As the days went by, Shimu could do anything to fill his stomach. Eventually he thought of doing plastic work like his father. Also re-assembling plastic in lorry everywhere. The idea led to the arrival of Lorry in the house. Shimu's family was so happy with how happy we were with the new vehicle. Every morning Shimu would leave with his brother in a lorry. In the streets of Mumbai, Both used to collect plastic and sell it. Even our ordinary water bottles are precious to them. Sometimes with so many bottles, the younger brother can get a party of 10 rupees vadapav. . What a candid life. !! To be happy with daily earnings. An empty stomach is his best friend . Anytime that friend comes and stands up. Maybe if God blesses the hungry more, such people will get that fruit.

Shimu takes a lorry as per his daily routine. There is a luxurious school on the road. There are many plastic bags outside. Shimu and his brother are happy to take it. Every day now he gets a lot of plastic near the school. At the same time Shimu looks at the school carefully and reaches there in his mind which was impossible for him in his life. The two brothers had a lot of fun there. Shimu was fulfilling his daydreams at school and his younger brother was happy to see empty packets of snacks. How many boys with money will be studying in this school, what kind of house will they be living in !!! If the parents are poor, it is not their fault, but if their children have to live in the same poverty, it is their fault that they gave birth without doing anything for the future of the children. Thousands of children like Shimu are suffering without punishment.

Eventually it became a routine for Shimu, as if attending school was out of date. Once a new sight was seen, for some reason the children's holiday ended early. Shimu looked at the children in the shiny dress and looked at his own clothes. There is a dialogue in a movie and it is said that  "if you want something from the heart then the whole universe starts trying to get it to you !!! " A few years later, with someone's acquaintance, Shimu got a job cleaning the ground in that school and was glad to be admitted there. Shimu works at the school in the morning and also learns a little by peeking into the class. The younger brother, Lorry, turns up in the evening, the two of them get together at school and then come home. This went on for a long time. One day while Shimu was cleaning the ground, some boys of his age made fun of him. This happened many times but Shimu didn't care. He knew that he could not compare to those people. But once the limit was reached, the rude boys also made fun of Shimu's younger brother who was waiting outside for him and they hitting him and also turned his lorry upside down. So there was a fight between the two. Shimu's brother started bleeding profusely and also hit another boy. Since there was a police station nearby, they came and stopped the fighting.Shimu's brother was taken to Civil and the boy's friend called his father and he also came and took him away in an expensive car. Apparently, the matter was settled but Shimu did not want to release the boy. With the help of a teacher from the school, he got the address of the boy and reached his house the next day.

 Everyone has self-esteem. When we detrude the dog it doesn't even look back. After crossing several security levels, Shimu reaches to the house of a boy and stands up. The bell rings. As soon as the servant opens the door, Shimu runs inside and his gaze falls on the sharp weapon lying on the table. Shimu takes it and starts serching  the boy. Eventually he forcibly reaches the boy's room and takes up arms to kill him but .....

In the gold frame on the wall is a photo of the boy who gave a lot of things to his family and also an important car. Is this the philanthropist ??? Danveer Karna or Duryodhana ??? In sum, both are not the same team ??? Even the policemen were having tea and laughing and talking to his family, Shimu puts down his weapon right there. The servants push him away. Going towards civil, Shimu speaks in his mind that we have the same capacity.? !!

Speechless world ... Empty roads.... no one has the answer to this because the answer to this has not been allowed to happen. This is a fictional event. Many such true occasions may have been heard somewhere and may have been trampled underfoot by injustice. People consider their attitude to be more annoying to others.Many films have been made on this matter but that passion goes into the dustbin with an empty packet of popcorn.

When a feat like hit and run happens, how many people like Shimu say who is ours?

That is why Shimu says that he can never equal to these people.

ધારાવી,  અત્યંત સંવેદનશીલ શહેર. ધારાવી નું નામ આવે તો કરુણા, ગરીબી, અસ્વચ્છતા જેવા વિચારો મનમાં થાય. 

શિમુ તેમાંથી જ એક હતો. નામ તો તેનું સમ્રાટ પણ ગરીબો માં એ જામતું નહોતું એટલે બધાએ શિમુ કરી નાખ્યું. શિમુ અને તેનો નાનો ભાઈ સુહાસ તેના મજુર માતા પિતા સાથે તે ધારાવી માં રહેતા. માતા પિતા કચરામાંથી પ્લાસ્ટિક અલગ કરવાનું કામ કરે ક્યારેક નવીન બોટલ કે સરસ ડબ્બા મળી જાય તો તે ઘર ની શોભા બની જાય. શિમુ ને ઘણી વખત રમકડાં પણ મળેલા. એક દિવસ મળેલી ઈમ્પોર્ટેડ ગાડી તેના મિત્રો માં આકર્ષણ નું કેન્દ્ર બનેલી. તે ગાડી શિમુ ને એક છોકરાએ આપી હતી. તે છોકરો તેના પપ્પા સાથે ધારાવી માં કંઈક દાન કરવા આવ્યો હતો. મોટા માણસો ને આપેલા દાન કરતા ફોટા પાડીને તેમાં કૉમેન્ટ્સ મેળવવાં માં વધારે રસ હોય છે. અહીંયા આવું જ કંઈક હતું. તે લોકો અવારનવાર ત્યાં આવતા. ઘણી વાર તેઓ જમવાનું પણ આપતાં. શિમુ ના પરિવાર પાસે ઘણી તેમની દાન ની વસ્તુ હતી.

શિમુ ના માતા પિતા સવાર થી સાંજ કામ કરવા જાય શિમુ એ તેના ભાઈ નું અને ઘર નું ધ્યાન રાખવાનું. જ્યાં પેટ પણ માંડ ભરાતું હોય ત્યાં સ્કૂલ ની ફી ભરવાનું અશક્ય હતું.  પણ શિમુ ને ભણવાનું બહુ મન થાય પણ મજબૂરી થી મજબૂત બીજું કોઈ નહિ. આપણે ત્યાં બાળકો ને ભણાવવા જેટલું ડોનેશન આપીએ તે જો આવા શિમુ જેવા બાળકો ને ભેટ સ્વરૂપે મળી જાય તો તેમના જીવનનો એક અધ્યાય સુધરી જાય. આપણને કાંઈ ફેર નો પડે. 

દિવસો પસાર થવા માંડ્યા હવે શિમુ એવડો તો થઈ ગયો તો કે પોતાનું પેટ ભરી શકે કાંઈ કામ કરી શકે. આખરે તેણે તેના પિતાની જેમ પ્લાસ્ટિક નું કામ કરવાનું વિચાર્યું. પણ બધે ફરી ફરી ને લારી માં પ્લાસ્ટિક ભેગું કરવાનું. એ વિચારથી ઘર માં લારી નું આગમન થયું. આપણે વાહન લઈને કેટલા ખુશ થઈએ એનાથી ડબલ ખુશી શિમુ ના પરિવાર ને થઈ. રોજ સવારે શિમુ તેના ભાઈ ને લારી માં બેસાડીને નીકળી પડતો. મુંબઈ ની ગલીએ ગલીએ બન્ને ભાઈ ફરતા પ્લાસ્ટિક ભેગું કરતા ને તેને વેંચતા. આપણી સામાન્ય પાણી ની બોટલ પણ તેમના માટે કિંમતી. કયારેક તો એવી ઘણી બોટલ થી નાના ભાઈ ને 10 રૂપિયા ના વડાપાંવ ની પાર્ટી મળી જાય. કેટલુ નિખાલસ જીવન.!! રોજ નું કમાઈ ને ખુશ થવાનું. ક્યારેક ભૂખ્યા પણ રેવાનું. ખાલી પેટ સાથે તો તેમની  નાનપણ થી દોસ્તી. ગમે ત્યારે તે દોસ્ત આવી ને ઉભો રહે. કદાચ ભગવાન ભૂખ્યા રહેતા લોકો ને વધારે આશીર્વાદ આપતાં હોય તો આવા લોકો ને પહેલા ફળ મળે.

શિમુ રોજ ના નિત્યક્રમ મુજબ લારી લઈને જાય છે ત્યાં રસ્તામાં એક વૈભવશાળી સ્કૂલ આવે છે ત્યાં બહાર ઘણી પ્લાસ્ટિક ની બેગ હોય છે શિમુ ને તેનો ભાઈ ખુશ થઈ ને તે લેતા. રોજ હવે તે સ્કૂલ પાસે જવાનું ઘણું પ્લાસ્ટિક મળી જાય. સાથે સાથે શિમુ સ્કૂલ ને ધ્યાન થી જોવે મન માં ને મન માં ત્યાં પહોંચી જાય જે તેના માટે આ જન્મ માં અશક્ય હતું. તે બંને ભાઈ ને ત્યાં ખુબ મજા આવતી. શિમુ સ્કૂલ ને નિહાળી પોતાના દીવાસ્વપ્નો પુરા કરતો ને નાનો ભાઈ નવા નવા નાસ્તા ના પેકેટ જોઈ ને ખુશ થતો. કેટલા પૈસાવાળા છોકરાઓ આ સ્કૂલ માં ભણતા હશે તે કેવા ઘર માં રહેતા હશે.!!! માતા પિતા ગરીબ હોય તો એમાં તેમનો કાંઈ વાંક ના કહેવાય પણ તેમના બાળકો ને એજ ગરીબી માં જીવવું પડે તો એ તેમનો વાંક કહેવાય કે તેમણે બાળકો ના ભવિષ્ય માટે કાંઈ કર્યા વગર જન્મ આપી દીધો. શિમુ જેવા હજારો બાળકો વગર વાંકે આ સજા ભોગવે છે.

આખરે તે નિત્યક્રમ થઈ ગયો શિમુ માટે જાણે સ્કૂલ માં હાજરી પુરાતી હોય તેમ બંને ત્યાં જતા. એક વખત નવો નજારો જોવા મળ્યો કંઈક કારણસર બાળકો ની રજા વહેલા થઈ ગઈ. શિમુ એ ચકચકિત ડ્રેસ માં બાળકો ને જોઈ ને પોતાના કપડાં સામે જોવા લાગ્યો. એક મુવી નો ડાયલોગ છે ને " कहते है अगर किसी चीज को दिल से चाहो तो पूरी कायनात उसे तुमसे मिलाने की कोशिश में लग जाती है!!!" થોડા વર્ષો બાદ કોઈક ની ઓળખાણ થી શિમુ ને તે સ્કૂલ માં ગ્રાઉન્ડ સાફ કરવાની નોકરી મળી ગઈ અને જાણે તેને ત્યાં એડમિશન મળ્યું હોય તેવો આનંદ થયો. સવારે શિમુ સ્કૂલ પર કામ કરે સાથે સાથે કોઈક ક્લાસ માં ડોકિયું મારીને થોડુંક શીખી પણ લે. નાનો ભાઈ લારી ફેરવે સાંજે તે બંને સ્કૂલ એ ભેગા થાય ને પછી ઘરે આવે. આવું ઘણા સમય સુધી ચાલ્યું. એક દિવસ જયારે શિમુ ગ્રાઉન્ડ સાફ કરતો હતો ત્યારે અમુક તેની જ ઉંમર ના છોકરાઓ એ તેની મજાક ઉડાવી.  આવું ઘણી વાર થતું પણ શિમુ ને કાંઈ ફરક ના પડ્યો. એ જાણતો હતો કે તે કયારેક એ લોકો ની બરાબરી નહિ કરી શકે. પણ એક વખત તો હદ થઈ ગઈ તે અસંસ્કારી છોકરાઓ એ શિમુ ના નાના ભાઈ જે તેની બહાર રાહ જોતો હતો તેની પણ મજાક ઉડાવી અને તેને મજાક માં માર્યું આ ઉપરાંત તેની લારી પણ ઉંધી વાળી દીધી. તેથી બંને વચ્ચે મારામારી થઈ ગઈ. શિમુ ના ભાઈ ને ખૂબ જ લોહી વહેવા માંડ્યું અને બીજા એક છોકરાને પણ વાગ્યું. બાજુમાં જ પોલીસ સ્ટેશન હોવાથી તે લોકો આવ્યા ને મારામારી બંધ કરાવી. શિમુ ના ભાઈ ને સિવિલ માં લઈ ગયા ને પેલા છોકરા ના ભાઈબંધ એ તેના પપ્પા ને ફોન કર્યો તે પણ આવીને તેને મોંઘીદાટ ગાડીમાં બેસાડીને લઈ ગયા. જોવા જઈએ તો મામલો વિખેરાઈ ગયો પણ શિમુ એ છોકરાને છોડવાનો ન્હોતો. સ્કૂલ ના એક ટીચર ની મદદ થી તેણે તે છોકરાનું સરનામું મેળવ્યું ને બીજે જ દિવસે તેના ઘરે પહોંચ્યો.

 સ્વાભિમાન બધાને હોય છે. હટ  હટ કીધેલું કૂતરું પણ પાછું વાળીને જોતું નથી.  અનેક સેક્યુરીટી ના લેવલ પાર કર્યા પછી શિમુ છોકરાના ઘર ની બહાર આવી ને ઉભો રહે છે. બેલ વગાડે છે. નોકર જેવો જ દરવાજો ખોલે છે શિમુ દોડીને અંદર ઘુસી જાય છે  તેની નજર ટેબલ પર પડેલા ધારદાર હથિયાર પર પડે છે. શિમુ તે લઈને ને તે છોકરાં ને ગોતવા માંડે છે. આખરે તે છોકરાંનાં રૂમ માં બળજબરી થી પહોંચી જાય છે અને એને મારવા હથિયાર ઉઠાવે છે ત્યાં.....

દિવાલ પર સોનાની ફ્રેમ માં તે છોકરાનો નાનપણ નો ફોટો હોય છે તે જ જેણે એના પરિવાર ને ઘણી વસ્તુ આપી ને ઈમ્પોર્ટન્ટ ગાડી પણ આપી. શું તે દાનવીર આ છે??? દાનવીર કર્ણ કે દુર્યોધન???  સરવાળે તો બંને એક જ ટીમ ના ને???  અધૂરામાં પૂરું તો ત્યાં પોલીસ વાળા પણ ચા નાસ્તો કરતા હતા અને હસીને વાતો કરતા હતા. પોતાના પરિવાર પર ઋણ હોવાને કારણે શિમુ ત્યાં જ હથિયાર ને નીચે મૂકી દે છે. નોકરો તેને ધક્કો મારી ને કાઢી મૂકે છે. સિવિલ તરફ જતા જતા શિમુ આટલુ જ મન માં બોલે છે કે અમારી આટલી જ ઔકાત છે.?!!

નિશબ્દ સંસાર ... સુમસાન રસ્તા.... કોઈ પાસે આનો જવાબ નથી કેમ કે આનો જવાબ બનવા જ દીધો નથી. આ તો એક કાલ્પનિક પ્રસંગ છે આવા કેટલાય સાચા પ્રસંગો બની ગયા હશે ક્યાંક સાંભળવામાં આવ્યા હશે ને ક્યાંક તો તેને અન્યાય ના તળિયે કચેડી નાખ્યા હશે. એક સાંધો ત્યાં તેર નહિ પણ વીસ તૂટે તેવી સ્થિતિ માં લોકો હોય તેમને વધારે હેરાન કરવામાં લોકો પોતાનો એટિટ્યૂડ માને છે. ઘણી ફિલ્મો બની છે આ બાબત પર પણ તે જુસ્સો પોપકોર્ન ના ખાલી પેકેટ સાથે ડસ્ટબીન માં જાય છે.

જયારે હિટ એન્ડ રન જેવા પરાક્રમ થાય ત્યારે શિમુ જેવા કેટલાય લોકો કહે છે અમારું કોણ? 

એટલે જ શિમુ કહેતો કે તે ક્યારેય આ લોકો ની બરાબરી નહિ કરી શકે! ! !

Our Butterfly - Rajnandini

 When the dreams of the eyes and the imagination of the mind, becomes a butterfly and starts playing surrounding, the heart-shaped garden is hashed, a different kind of satisfaction and joy takes place. Such a small butterfly came into our life. Today I will share my experience with you. The butterfly that turned the hospital into a garden. Yes, all the children spread fragrance without perfume is the fragrance of love which strengthens the bond between parents. That is why it is called the form of God.

Let's talk about our butterfly, the name of our daughter is Rajanandini. The bigger the name, the closer the description. Even when it rained in Navratri, it seems that Megharaja himself must have come to put her! Why not .. all moms should also show something different in their child. That's fun. When Dad takes the little butterfly in his hand that he rejoices, mom glads to see that smile.

If we talk about the lockdown that took place before her birth, the situation will be the same for all the  mothers of 2020. If there is a craving for anything to eat, satisfy it at home. Temples, theaters, gardens, everything to enjoy the world  in a closed house. Did it happen then? Going to a regular check-up in an empty clinic and there we are enjoying the world . It was too hard to get through. The more bottles of water used, the more sanitizers were used. And like jewelery, the trend of masks has gone, but it is a pleasure that all the peers of Rajnandini have gone through this.

Now let's talk about the moment when she was born and the status of " It's a girl "was put in the mobile. Witnessed this supernatural joy after enduring many hardships. A friend of mine told me that when you see the face of your child, all the pain will be forgotten. This is exactly what happened. How happy we become when something new comes in our house!  this is a new family member of our house so we are overjoyed.

With happiness new responsibility also arrive.We have to stir up the weeds and mix them in the colors of this world. That is why God must have said that,," we gave you a gift. Now give a return gift to yo,ur butterfly and teach it to fly." However.

આંખોના સપનાં અને મન ની કલ્પના જયારે આજુબાજુ પતંગિયા બની ને રમવા માંડે તો હૃદય રૂપી બગીચા ને હાશ થાય એક અલગ પ્રકાર નો સંતોષ અને આનંદ થાય .આવું જ એક નાનું પતંગિયું અમારા જીવન માં આવ્યું . આજે હું તમને મારી થોડી વાત શેર કરીશ . એવું પતંગિયું કે જેણે હોસ્પિટલ ને બગીચો બનાવી દીધો. હા, બધા બાળકો અત્તર વગર સુગંધ ફેલાવે છે એ પ્રેમ ની સુગંધ જેનાથી માતા પિતા વચ્ચેની કડી  વધારે મજબૂત થાય  છે . એટલે જ એને ભગવાન નું સ્વરૂપ કહેવાય છે .

આવા જ અમારા પતંગિયા ની વાત કરીએ એટલે અમારી દીકરી રાજનંદિની એનું નામ. જેટલું મોટું નામ છે તેનું વર્ણન પણ એટલું જ ગાઢ છે . નવરાત્રી માં પણ વરસાદ લઈ ને આવી ત્યારે એવું લાગ્યું કે મેઘરાજા જાતે મુકવા આવ્યા હશે ! કેમ ના થાય .. બધા મમ્મી ને પોતાના બાળક માં એવું જ કંઇક અલગ બતાય ને બતાવું પણ જોઈએ. એ તો મજા છે . નાના પતંગિયા ને પપ્પા હાથ માં લે ત્યારે જ આનંદ થાય એ હાસ્ય જોઈ ને મમ્મી ને ડબલ આનંદ થાય.

થોડી વાત એના જન્મ પૂર્વે આવેલા લોકડાઉન ની કરીએ તો ૨૦૨૦ ના બધા જ પતંગિયા ના મમ્મી ની સરખી પરિસ્થિતિ હશે .  કાંઈ પણ ખાવાનો ચટાકો થાય તો એને ઘર માં જ સંતોષી દેવાનો. મંદિર , થિએટર , બગીચા  બધું જ બંધ. ઘર માં જ બાર ની દુનિયા નો આનંદ લેવાનો. ત્યારે એવું થતું કે અમારા વખતે જ આવું આવ્યું ? એક ખાલી ક્લિનિક માં રૅગ્યુલર ચેક અપ  કરવાં જવાનું એમાં જ પછી બાર ની દુનિયા જોઈ લેવાની. બોવ અઘરું હતું એમાંથી પસાર થવાનું . જેટલી બોટલ પાણી ની નહી વાપરી હોય એટલા સેનિટાઇઝર વપરાયાં .અને ઘરેણાં ની જેમ માસ્ક નો ટ્રેન્ડ થઇ ગયો પણ રાજનંદિની ના બધા સમોવડીયા એમાંથી પસાર થઈ ને આવી ગયા એ વાત ની ખુશી છે.

હવે વાત કરીયે તો એ ક્ષણ ની જયારે તેનો જન્મ થયો ને મોબાઈલ  માં  "It's a girl"  ના સ્ટેટસ મુકાય ગયા. ઘણા કષ્ટો સહન કર્યા બાદ આ ઔલોકિક આનંદ ના સાક્ષી બન્યા. મારી એક ફ્રેન્ડ એ કીધું તું મને કે જ્યારે તું બાળક નો ચહેરો જોઇશ તો બધી પીડા ભુલાઈ જાશે સાચે એવું જ થયું .આપણાં ઘર માં નવી વસ્તુ આવે તો કેટલો આનંદ થાય છે આતો નવું સદસ્ય છે તો બમણો આનંદ થાય .આનંદની સાથે નવી જવાબદારી નો પણ અહેસાસ થયો .

બીડાયેલા પોયણાં ને આપણે ખીલવવાનું છે એને આ દુનિયા ના રંગો માં ભેળવવાનું છે . એટલે જ જાણે ભગવાન એ કીધું હશે કે "અમે તમને ગિફટ આપી દીધી હવે રીટર્ન ગિફટ તમારા પતંગિયા ને આપજો એને ઉડતા શીખવજો ".  🙏તથાસ્તુ.🙏
